Pegasus & Core Release Notes for April 2025

  • New Features

    • Accelerometer Field Mapping for Teltonika Devices: We’ve expanded the device capabilities by adding mapping for accelerometer fields and network in Teltonika devices.
    • Ignition Status in Techoton Fuel Report: The Techoton Fuel Report now includes ignition status on the chart, providing better insights into fuel usage patterns.
    • Restricting Editing of Group Company Names: For base users, we’ve introduced a new scope to restrict editing of group company names, providing better control over user permissions.
    • User Log Report View Enhancements: We’ve added the report generation date and the parameters used to create the report (e.g., groups and/or users) to the details column, improving clarity and transparency.
    • Added Diesel Exhaust Fluid Usage For Ecu Profile v2 in Syrus Cloud: A new field has been added for tracking Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) usage, helping you monitor and manage this important aspect of vehicle performance.
    • Improved Trip Paths: Events that arrived without speed data, which previously distorted trip calculations, are now excluded from trip paths—resulting in more accurate trip reconstructions.
    • Added chart for each temperature sensor in Trips Sections: A new temperature chart has been added, supporting up to 10 temperature sensors (temp1 to temp10). This helps visualize thermal behavior across multiple zones or assets.
    •  Enhanced Dashboard Visibility Filter: The visibility selection interface on dashboards has been redesigned. It is now easier for users to manage who can access or view each dashboard.
  • Bug Fixes

    • Display Issue with Accumulator and Rate Values in Triggers: Fixed an issue that caused incorrect display of accumulator and rate values in triggers, improving the accuracy of the data shown.
    • Speed Filter Logic in RawData: Corrected the speed filter logic for speed values equals cero, ensuring you can now filter and analyze speed data as expected.
    • Boolean Field Filters in RawData: Resolved an issue where boolean field filters weren’t functioning properly, ensuring they work as intended.
    • Automatic Removal of Associations when an Asset is Deleted: We’ve improved the functionality to automatically remove any associations when an asset is deleted, making asset management more seamless.
    • Mapping for Fuel Level Field in Concox JM-VL502 Devices: The mapping for the ecu_fuel_level_real field has been improved. If the ecu.fuel.level doesn’t exist, this field will now be mapped to can.remaining.fuel.level.
    • Added validation for empty EcuImports.json file in Syrus Cloud: We’ve fixed an issue where the EcuImports.json file was occasionally empty when assigning ECU profiles. If an empty file is detected, an alert message will now be displayed when updating the profile.
    • Added multipliers for Engine Total Fuel Used parameters in Syrus Cloud: Added multipliers for the fd09_5-8 Engine Total Fuel Used (High Resolution) and fee9_5-8 Engine Total Fuel Used fields to improve fuel usage data accuracy.
    • Fixed Duration Filter in Fence Trip Report: The duration filter is now correctly applied in the details section of the Fence Trip Report.
    • Scheduled Reports Visibility for Basic Users: Basic users will now see only the scheduled reports they own, ensuring correct access control.
    • Device Icon Correction in Settings->Restrictions: Fixed an issue where the icons for router restrictions and desktop restrictions were swapped.
    • Geofence creation message when the limit is reached: Updated the user-facing message when attempting to create a geofence after reaching the system limit (32,000 geofences). The new message clearly informs the user of the restriction and prevents confusion.
