Increased the raters (allow more requests in the API)

Passthrough detections changed from 1km, down to 500m (if the distance between two points is > 500m then the passthrough is not evaluated)

Sims, improved improved, when a sim is no longer associated to a device the ‘SIM’ tab will disappear for that device, the behavior before was that it would always show the SIM tab so it looked like that sim was associated to that device.
