This forum has the function of teaching how to program the scheduled maintenance report of the fleet.
This report works best if we schedule it so that it reaches us every week to know when the next maintenance is coming
This report is based on the vehicle’s odometer.
Operation example:
If I need to perform a tire maintenance every 30,000 km.
The report will count every 30000Km from 0Km
So if my vehicle’s odometer is at 3748 km, it takes 26,252 km for the 30,000 for the next maintenance.
In the case that the odometer is at 48,000, the next maintenance will be at 12000Km and will go from 30,000 to 30,000 successively.
How to configure the report?
Step 1.- Select the Fleet Scheduled Maintenance report.
Step 2.- Fill in the report parameters as shown below and press the + button to add a maintenance.
Step 3.- After adding the maintenance we need, we schedule the report to receive it every week.
Step 4.- Complete the data according to our requirements and press the save button.
Now our report will arrive every Monday morning.
If we want to know at any time how much time is left for maintenance, we can go to the scheduled reports and generate it.
We will get something like the following.

Este foro tiene la funcion de enseñar como programar el reporte de mantenimiento programado de la flota.
Este informe funciona mejor si lo programamos para recibirlo cada semana, para saber cuándo llegará el próximo mantenimiento.
Este reporte se basa en el odometro reportado del vehiculo.
Ejemplo de funcionamiento:
Si requiero realizar un mantenimiento de llantas cada 30000 Km
El reporte contara cada 30000Km desde los 0Km
Entonces si el odometro de mi vehiculo esta en 3748 KM, hacen falta 26,252 Km para que se cumplan los 30000 para el siguiente mantenimiento.
En un dado caso que el odometro este en 48000 faltarian 12,000 para el siguiente mantenimiento e irá avanzando de 30000 en 30000 sucesivamente.
Como configurar el reporte?
Paso 1.- Seleccionar el reporte Mantenimiento programado de la flota
Paso 2.- Llenamos los parametros del reporte como se muestra a continuacion y precionamos el boton de + para agregar un mantenimiento.
Paso 3.- Despues de agregar los mantenimientos que necesitemos, programamos el reporte para recibirlo cada semana.
Paso 4.- Llenamos los datos segun nuestros requerimientos y precionamos el boton de guardar
Ahora nuestro reporte llegara todos los lunes por la mañana.
Si deseamos saber en cualquier momento cuanto tiempo falta para el mantenimiento podemos ir a los reportes programados y generarlo.
Obtendremos algo como lo siguiente.

Some times, you need to start the maintenance at a certain value. For example, your vehicle has a real odometer of 201335Km, did a trip and the final odometer is 201372 Km, that means the vehicle traveled 37 km. If you program the maintenance report every 10000 km it will show you 8628 km for the next maintenance instead of the 9963 km you are waiting for.
One option to correct this situation is modify the global counters.
- Go to the “Vehicle Counters” menú.
- Select the vehicle of you interest.
- Set the global counter to 0.0 km and 0.0 hours.
- Save the real counters like a user counter so, you no lost the real data.
The Syrus should be ONLINE to receive the new values and show it in the counters menú. If the new data is not show in the Tracking section, press the LOCATE button to obtain these values.

Now you can generate a maintenance report that will take the new values:
