You must check several things to identify the focus of the problem:

      1. Check iButton activation. Command >QXAWA< . Answer should include the first byte in 1. Example: >RXAWA10100000< Otherwise Activate it >SXAWA10000000<
      2. Verify Voltage between 1-wire and ground. It must be 3.3 Volts. If other value is measured unit could be damaged

If everything of the above looks ok and you are still seeing iButton field in blank as follows:

      3. Check configuration in console.

Verify it has an extended format including Tag IS: menu -> Configuration Manager -> [Select Configuration] -> Commands

If the are not ;IS tag proceed to ask support@digitalcomtech.com to add it or change the configuration used for one “iButton compatible”

If the IS tag was present proceed to consult via console the correspondent tag with QXAEF. For this example, the command is

      >QXAEFA<

In this example Syus configuration appears absent or corrupted, so it is necessary to re/synchronize it>
Menu -> Devices -> [Select Device] -> Managed Configuration -> Set configuration
