Can a trigger have multiple owners ?

Good morning team,

 

I have a client who has create many emergency triggers for there vehicles and they are looking to add another user to view and maintain the triggers. Just to clarify I do not mean to be notified when the trigger is exacted I mean the ability to delete and control the trigger.

Is this possible?
