Android users have reported maps are not showing or stay blank on the Syrus mobile App.
This has been resolved in a recent beta update to the App
Syrus Mobile App – Google Play Store
Also DCT customers need to make sure they add the following referrer while configuring their maps in Google

Before trying the Syrus mobile App, make sure you followed all the steps as shown in the Admin Guide
